Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During sales, new launches and peak holiday periods, processing may take an extra 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

We currently ship to physical addresses within the United States only, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses where accepted by our carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the weight of your order and the service selected. Estimated delivery windows are shown before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays and carrier delays can occasionally extend transit times.

Every shipped order includes a tracking link emailed to the address on file. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder before reaching out.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and to APO/FPO and DPO addresses where permitted by our carriers. Some products may be restricted to the contiguous 48 states due to size or carrier requirements; any restrictions are noted on the product page.

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help resolve it — including replacements or refunds where appropriate.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only modify an address before an order enters fulfillment. Packages returned to sender due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
