How do I know what size to get for my pet?

Every product page lists the sizes available. For collars, harnesses and apparel, measure your pet's neck and chest with a soft tape and pick the size that best matches the range. When in doubt between two sizes, size up — most items are easier to snug down than to stretch out.
Are your products safe for puppies and senior pets?

Our accessories are designed for everyday pet use, but every pet is different. For young puppies, senior pets, or animals with special needs, always supervise the first few uses and consult your veterinarian if you have concerns about a specific product.
How long does shipping take?

Shipping timelines are shown at checkout and vary by destination and item. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
What is your return policy?

If a product isn't right for your pet, get in touch with us and we'll help make it right. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return details are confirmed at checkout.
Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify — one of the largest and most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world — with PCI-compliant, encrypted payment processing. We never see or store your card details.
How do I care for my product?

Care instructions are included with each item and on the product page where applicable. As a general rule: spot clean fabric goods with mild soap, air dry, and avoid harsh detergents that can irritate pet skin.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Reach out as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order enters fulfillment we can no longer modify it, but we'll always do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses where accepted by our carriers. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
